We automatically collect information about how you interact with SignalRound, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, and device information. This helps us improve our service and understand usage patterns.

- Database: Data is stored in Neon PostgreSQL, a secure, serverless database service with encryption at rest and in transit
- Authentication: Managed by Clerk, which uses industry-standard security practices including OAuth 2.0 and secure session management
- File Storage: Uploaded files are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized users
- Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL
- Access Controls: Data access is restricted to authorized users within your workspace
While we implement robust security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data.
4. Third-Party Services
SignalRound uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Clerk: For authentication and user management. See Clerk's privacy policy for details on how they handle your authentication data.
- Neon: For database hosting and data storage. Neon processes your data according to their privacy policy.
- OpenRouter: For AI-powered synthesis features. When you use synthesis features, your Signal Round data is sent to OpenRouter to generate insights. See OpenRouter's privacy policy for details.
- Vercel: For hosting and infrastructure. Vercel processes your data according to their privacy policy.
These services are necessary for SignalRound to function. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to operate, and all third-party services are contractually obligated to protect your data.

- Within Your Workspace: Signal Round data is shared with authorized members of your workspace as you configure

Signal Round data may be retained by workspace owners even after individual participants delete their accounts, as this data belongs to the workspace.
